Do you accept returns?

  • We do accept returns. But please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.
    Keep in mind that this is a small, independent run business and print on demand, so any returns are being paid out of my own pocket.

I have a problem with my order – what do I do?

  • Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order to info@shioni.com, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

Can I cancel my order or make changes?

  • All orders are final – we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with info@shioni.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.

Do you ship world wide?

  • Yes we do, except to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

When will I receive my order?

  • We take 2-7 business days to process your order + selected shipping method on top of that. Within the EU shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days. Shipments outside the USA may have custom fees.

What if I entered a wrong address?

  • In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made. If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and we will notify you. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address for reshipping the package.  Make sure to report any shipment problems within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time. Product disclaimers:

  • Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
  • You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water based and eco-friendly.
  • If you receive a product with a stain – please wash it before reporting a problem.
